Mar. 11-14 at Southland Conference Tournament McNEESE HOLDS SLIGHT EDGE IN ALL-TIME SERIES * - Southland Conference games McNeese has a slim 60-56 lead in the all-time series that dates back to the 1951-52 season when the teams first met. The Demons, however, have had the upper hand lately with four straight wins over the Cowboys, including the 93-67 All times Central and subject to change beatdown they put on McNeese on Jan. 24. McNeese’s last win in the series came on Feb. 13, 2012 in a 70-61 win at NSU. Home games in ALL CAPS All home games will be played in Burton Coliseum GUIDRY-HARDY DUO IN RARE COMPANY Desharick Guidry and Kevin Hardy joined an elite company on last week when Hardy became the 29th player in school history to score his 1,000th career point. Guidry reached the milestone earlier in the year. The two become just the third duo in school history to record his 1,000th career point in the same season. Demond Mallet and Tierre Brown became the first tag-team to hit their marks, that coming in the 2001 season. Then in 2008, John Ford and Jarvis Bradley joined the 1,000-points scored club. Hardy will go into Saturday’s game with 212 career steals - ranked as the Juniors. 4 10th-most in Southland Conference history. Hardy has also moved into the No. 3 spot on the school’s all-time career as- Sophomores . 3 sist list with 393 and he’s 17th on the rebound list with 603. With 2 more rebounds, he’ll move past Roy “Toddy” Moore Freshmen . .3 for 16th.
