A Think-Tank RIS of Developing Countries Research and Information System for Developing Countries RIS (RIS) is a New Delhi-based autonomous policy research Annual Report institute that specialises in issues related to international economic development, trade, investment and technology. RIS 2015-16 is envisioned as a forum for fostering effective policy dialogue and capacity-building among developing countries on global and regional economic issues. Punjab launches benefits under MGSVY o Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh launched the release of benefits under 'Mahatma Gandhi Sarbat Vikas Yojana'. o It is aimed at the inclusive growth of the distressed sections of the society. o He appealed to the state's debt-ridden farmers not to commit suicide.
