The Spirit hosted the Generals on Friday night and swept the series, outlasting the Generals, 3-1. Evan Cormier made 26 saves in the game while Kris Bennett and Hayden Hodgson both tallied a goal and an assist.

Wednesday, March 7th Spirit Players; Evan Cormier and Cole Coskey, visited Auburn Area Catholic School to have some fun with Students. Thank you to our adopt-a-school partners, Reder Landscaping for participating in the Saginaw Spirit Adopt-a-School Program, connecting the Saginaw Spirit to local schools.

Tuesday, March 6th Spirit Players; CJ G arcia and Mike Davies, visited North Saginaw Charter Academy to meet and Students about the Saginaw Spirit. Thank you to our adopt-a-school partners, Thank you DML Properties for participating in the Saginaw Spirit Adopt-a-School Program, connecting the Saginaw Spirit to local schools.

NEXTEER AUTOMOTIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: #29 Hayden Hodgson. The Saginaw Spirit Forward recorded 3 goals and 1 assist as the Spirit recorded their 24th win of the 2016-2017 Season. Hodgson has recorded a total of 35 goals and 27 assists for a total of 62 points so far this season.
