Phoenix Academy is a non-selective, mixed academy, with an agreed admissions number of 150 Pupils for Year 7 for 2021.

Phoenix Academy will hold their open mornings, every Friday morning from the third week in September 20, right through to the last Friday before Ocotber 20 half term. The dates are; Fridays 18 and 25 September, and Fridays 2, 9, 16 and 23 October. All at 9.00 to 10.30am.

The West Free School (WLFS) is a mixed ability, Music specialist, none faith Academy.

The (WLFS) offers 130 places in Year 7, 2021.

The WLFS offer up to 12 places for children with musical aptitude. The West London Free School is a music specialist school and sets aside up to 12 places each year for children with a particular aptitude for music. No prior musical experience is necessary as the test is designed not to discriminate in favour of those who've already had instrumental lessons. Music scholars will be given free tuition in one instrument, but they in turn are expected to make a commitment to their musical education. The WLFS want to encourage all children who have a love of music, to apply. The test assesses pitch perception and sense of rhythm/pulse. The candidates will not be asked to prepare anything or bring an instrument as the test is all completed vocally. It is not a test of vocal quality.

The WLFS Music aptitude test will be held on Thursday 22nd October 2020.

Supplementary Information Form (SIF). All applicants should also complete the school’s own Supplementary Information Form. This is essential, failure to do so would mean that the Governing Body will be unable to fully assess your application against the oversubscription criteria. Applicants should submit a Certificate of Catholic Practice by the same deadline, as above.

The is a Boys Roman Catholic school, mixed ability and governed by the dioceses of Rome. Therefore, the LOS has no catchment area.

The London Oratory School (LOS) Open evenings will be Thursday 10th September, Tuesday 15th September and Tuesday 22nd September. All at 6.00pm

The LOS open afternoon will be on Monday 28th September, at 2.00pm.

Parents are reminded that they do not need to pre-book any of these evenings or the afternoon event.

They will have to complete a Certificate of Catholic Practice, available from the parish the family worship at, and make sure it had the church stamp of approval on the certificate.
