Due to the COVID-19 pan- demic, precautions have been put in place for public health concerns and safety. Indy Parks will use information provided by local and state health authorities and Center for Disease Control (CDC) for guid- ance.

• Campers and counselors are required to wear face coverings. • Camps will have reduced camp maximums. • Indy Parks reserves the right to modify or cancel an activity if it cannot be done in a safe manner. • Regular sanitization of supplies and the space. • If appropriate, activities will take place outside. • Campers and counselors will practice social distancing and good hygiene ac- cording to CDC guidelines. • If a counselor reports a child having symptoms, they will notify the lead coun- selor immediately who will then evaluate the camper and send the camper home if they begin to show any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 (or any other communicable disease). • The lead counselor will isolate the camper from everyone until the parent ar- rives. The lead counselor will sanitize everything the ill camper touched imme- diately. • Parents/Guardians will have 45 minutes to come pick up their camper. • The ill camper will not be able to return to camp until at least 72 hours of being symptom free occurs. If the camper has been diagnosed as having COVID-19 (or any other communicable disease) they will need to follow the CDC recom- mendations and quarantined for 14 days. • Parents must communicate a communicable disease with the park staff imme- diately.

• Indy Parks’ staff will communicate any changes or updates regarding the COVID -19 guidelines.

• In the event that a counselor or camper has been diagnosed with COVID-19 (or any other communicable disease) after camp has started, all parents will be notified that someone at the camp is potentially infectious and camp may be shut down for a minimum of 2 weeks for thorough cleaning and quarantine. The Camp Director will keep track of all cases reported and notify the Indiana State Department of Health for further instructions.
