It includes heart-pumping drills to give players of all abilities a high energy workout! Our Cardio Tennis classes are taught by Certified Tennis Professionals. A Cardio Tennis workout includes a 5- 10 minute warm-up, 30-50 minute cardio workout, and 5-10 minute cool down. Cardio Tennis is for experi- enced and beginner players alike--it will help you get WEDNESDAY LADIES in shape and improve your tennis skills as well. Season 3 of Junior High Team Tennis concluded on Saturday, December 22. Shelby County and Vandalia were pitted against each other in the final round, and were tied for 1st place going into the match. Vandalia swept the match to win the league title with a season total of 10 points. Members of the Vandalia team are Alex Anderson, Ryan Helke, Jake Kopronica, Justin Kopronica, and Cheyenne Rogers. Shelby County and Tippecanoe tied for 2nd place with 9 points each. Other teams in the league were Greenville Green, Greenville White, Troy Grey, Troy Red, and West Milton. A big thank you to the following parents who served as captains: Mr. Brumbaugh, Mr. Kiser, Mrs. Kopronica, Mrs. Kriesberg, Mrs. Larger and Mrs. Nellessen.
