ORDER

Ms. Ruhinaz filed a complaint dated 11-03-2019 which was received by this Commission on 16-03-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ O/o the Deputy Director, SC Development Department, Warangal Urban District.

The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 16-02-2017 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned:

Stating that the complainant did not get any response from the Public Information Officer, she preferred this complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by her u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005.

Basing on the material papers available on record, the complaint is taken on file and notices were sent to the parties concerned directing them to appear before this Commission for hearing on 03-01-2020 at Hyderabad.

The case is called on 03-01-2020. The complainant is absent. Sri G. Srinivas / Asst. Accounts Officer /Public Information Officer/O/o O/o the Deputy Director, SC Development Department, TSICWarangal Urban District, Warangal is present.

Heard the Public Information Officer and perused the records.

On perusal of the material papers available in the case file, it is noticed that 6(1) application was filed by the complainant on 16-02-2017.

It is noticed that in the earlier occasion, this Commission through order dt.21-11-2017, directed the Public Information Officer to furnish the information within one week from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

The Public Information Officer through the affidavit submitted that in view of the above direction from this Commission, he submitted complete information was furnished vide Lr. No. A1/44/2017, dt.11-12-2017 to the complainant.

Since the complainant is absent, information is furnished, the complaint is closed.
