Approval of Directors approved to accept the January 29, 2015 minutes for the Florida CPA/PAC- Motion: was made by Outstanding Minutes North. Curry and seconded by . Vote: motion passed unanimously.

Secretary-Treasurer’s Director’s approved to accept the Secretary-Treasurer’s report of the Florida CPA/PAC- Motion: was made by Report North with a balance of $11,114.08 as of June 30, 2015. and seconded by Curry. Vote: motion passed unanimously.

Justin Thames gave explanation of why Cyndi Stevenson was receiving checks from all 4 PACs. Thames also explained that Jay Fant had lost his check that we issued in February, so we had to re-issue. Thames explained that Richard Corcoran will be the incoming Speaker of the House, so that’s why we are giving him money. Motion: was made and Ratifications An e-mail ballot was sent to all Directors approving the Averett Warmus Durkee seconded. Vote: motion proposal for the Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) -- there was discussion of each PAC passed unanimously. paying $1,000 each annually for this service.

Florida CPA/PAC Annual Justin Thames gave an update and mentioned that we were one of very few PACs in the Audit State that had no issues.

Election of Officers James Thielen will remain as Chair and Hank Hurst was elected Vice Chair.

Other Business Justin Thames discussed some ideas for Pacesetter/Trendsetter contributions. Have something on site at events, i.e. Turvis Tumblers with PAC logo & Wolf PAC logo. We will be ordering them for the Annual Show in Sept. All PAC Directors need to help in our outreach to raise PAC dollars. We will provide them with lists to call. Justin updated them on the Fundraising calendar year vs. the FY. We will also be asking for the Directors help with the Wine Pull at the Annual Show.

Next Meeting It was discussed to do a conference call in November to get more money out before the Legislative Session starts in January.
