The fundamental components of Buddhist practice are the Three Trainings: pure conduct (virtue), view dispelling misconceptions (mind), and non-dual meditation (wisdom), leading to the union of wisdom and compassion.

The teaching will cover setting up and maintaining your practice area, performing extensive offerings, reciting the root text, meditation, cultivating the Four Immeasurables, practicing the Six Transcendent Perfections, and extensive dedication of merit.
There are Extensive, Standard, and Concise versions of The Supplication. Participants may select any format for their individual home practice, according to inclination and daily schedule.
Tashi Nyima will impart LUNG (oral transmission), TRI (instructions for practice), and JENANG (lineage authorization) to participants.
