Almost all the workplaces were shut about for 66 days from 26 March 2020. As a result, the number of workplace deaths is little bit low than previous year 2019, but not that much low as it is supposed to be. Every year Safety and Rights Society (SRS) is monitoring newspaper for collecting and preserving information on workplace accidents and the number of victims of those accidents and publish a report after conducting the yearly survey – this year report is the tenth in the series. SRS depends not only the newspapers as the source for information but it also accumulated some information from online media and through personal contact with workers representative organizations. This year 26 newspapers (15 national and 11 regional) were monitored and the present report includes information on workplace deaths (as well as injuries that took place in the same incident that resulted in the deaths) throughout 2020. -

It is a famous Upazila in Magura district. It comes from to the existence in the British period. To study in the education sector of the Upazila Shalikha is the main research paper where there will be shown what is the main condition of the educational department. It is seen to be back-warded because there are many causes to culprit to develop the bondage of the educational development of the Upazila Shalikha. Education is said that what is the developmental index of the improvement. Here are the people who are the twenty-four and eight percent that are littered. There is the female who the sixteen and eight percent that are littered. This study tries to prove that how can improve the whole educational development in this tracking area. The present educational system, which is to sustain how may sustain to develop the society and nation. The present picture is developed at a high rate that is enlisted to develop our socio-economical development to reshape our national educational development. Without education, Shalikha will not more develop. The present condition will show how the Shalikha inhabitants can improve their educational development. How many educational institutions in Shalika are there? To study this educational institution will prove that Shalikha will recreate a landmark to remake the national educational history. -

DEEPIKA GAHATRAJ MODULE I, BANGLADESH PARTY SYSTEM Political Historical Background of Bangladesh: Bangladesh is a densely populated country in South Asia. Roughly 60% of its population lives under the poverty level. Its geography is dominated by its low-lying riparian aspect and its population is largely Muslim. History of the role of the political parties to established good governance is rich in Bangladesh, example 1947, 1971, and 1990. Anti-colonial movements against British rule, Pakistani exploitation, militant anarchy. However, these are the single side of the reality. In recent times the ideological conflict between ruling party and the party in opposition is leading the country toward an unwanted situation which will ultimately eliminate good governance segment by segment by poisoning slowly. Most disturbing fact is that political leaders are unwilling to recognize how their actions are threatening the very fabric of democracy. The failure of the political parties to negotiate in keeping national interest threatens the future of democracy in Bangladesh. No doubt, nothing has changed since these remarks were made. In the years since independence, Bangladesh has established a reputation as a largely moderate and democratic majority Muslim country. But this status has been under threat for series of political violence, weak governance, poverty, corruption, and religious militancy. In more recent years religious and anti-religious thoughts have been vigorously pursued by the government. The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) is led by former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia and the Awami League (AL) is led by current Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina who traditionally have been dominating politics in Bangladesh. -

Many countries have experience about this, i.e. Canadian Rural Partnership, Japan's new development for Trade, Microsoft and The U.S Government Agencies initiative to promote international development etc. Previously Development was solely the responsibility of the government. But time and need changed the scenario. Poverty stricken and disaster prone areas demand more initiative over and above government initiatives. That emerges the need for NGOs in development activities. For the betterment of the destitute and the helpless, the untended population of the society, the role of Non Governmental Organization or NGO is much acknowledged. It is proven that the active presences of NGOs are a boon for the overall and social development of Bangladesh and they have earned much credibility from international organizations/ donors. In Bangladesh GO-NGO partnership is being carried out in the field of Health, Education, Public- Health and Local Governments etc. There is probably no systematic study on the issue whether the partnership program is more effective in development initiative or not. -

Ayyaz GullI CHARTER OF INDEPENDENCE: A CRITICAL STUDY OF MUJIB'S SIX POINT PROGRAMME Abstract This paper will try to explore the role of Bengali political leadership to transform the dream of separation of East Pakistan into reality. It will also provide a detailed and systematic study of Six Point Programme of Awami League which proved to be a 'charter of independence' and gave a comprehensive analysis of the basic demands of East Pakistanis and successfully combined public opinions in order to get mass support in the struggle for freedom from the West Pakistan. Moreover, this study will seek several waves of criticism regarding Six Point Programme by the state of Pakistan, political parties of West and East Pakistan, and even by the people within the Awami League. Key Words: Six Point Formula, Two Economy Thesis, Secessionist Movement, Economic Disparities, Conspiracy Theories The East Bengalis political elite played an important role in the separation of East Pakistan. It was economic exploitation which gave them an ample opportunity to win over popular support. They were conscious of these distinct geographical and cultural features, and they lost no occasion to project the differences between the two wings. They highlighted the points of ‘separateness’ in their speeches in the Constituent Assembly and the Provincial Assemblies. For instance, Abdul Mansur Ahmad, a prominent member from East Pakistan, observed in Constituent Assembly Pakistan is a unique country having two wings which are separated by a distance of more than a thousand miles…religion and common struggle are the only common factors… with the exception of these two things, all other factors, viz the language, the culture…practically everything is different. -

P a g e | 1 Abstract Globalization has become one of the most significant phenomena in the world since the end of the cold war. Globalization especially the economic globalization has brought about new opportunities and opened dynamic windows for the people of the world based on the notion of liberalism, free market, easy access of goods and services. Although globalization has brought about some positive gains for individuals and society, it has caused negative impacts on the society called ‘the dark side of globalization’. It has created complex and multifaceted security problems and threats to the countries especially the developing countries like Bangladesh. Globalization has changed the nature and dynamics of crime although crime is not a new phenomenon in Bangladesh. The nature or pattern of crime has changed remarkably with the advent of globalization, modern technology and various modern devices, which pose serious security threats to the individuals, society and the country. Globalization has created easy access to conducting illegal trade such as small arms, illegal drugs and human trafficking and some violent activities such as kidnapping, theft, murder, around the world as well as in Bangladesh. It has developed the new trends of crimes, gun violence, drugs crime, and increasing number of juvenile convicts and heinous crimes committed in Bangladesh. Over the years, the number of organized murder crimes is increasing along with rape cases and pretty nature of crimes with the advent of globalization and information technology. -

The present study assessed livelihood status of the hilsa fishers employing household interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and key informant interviews from July to October, 2018. Main livelihood activities were fishing; fish drying, fish trading, net mending, boat making and repairing activity, agriculture, small business and daily labor. Among total 288 households, 150 were exclusively involved in fishing, 110 fishing and other agricultural farming and only 28 were involved in small business. Maximum number of fishers (39%) belonged to the age group of 31 to 40 years, 21% belonged to the age group of 21 to 30 years. -
