FIR Date 23/11/2019 PS Phone Brief Facts of the Case Occurred on 23-11-2019 prior to 07.00 hrs at K.M No.63/5-7 posts, Point No. 28/B near Pakala Railway Station yard, In between Pakala and Panapakam RSs and reported on the same day at 09.30 hrs, wherein the complainant A.Dayakar, age:31 yrs, S/o Veerabadraiah, V.R.O Pakala., D No. 12-325, Rajiv Nagar, Jeevakona, Tirupati, Chittoor District was on duty and while he is moving in his limits he found some unknown male dead body, aged about 25-30 years at K.M No.63/5-7 posts, Point No. 28/B near Pakala Railway Station yard, In between Pakala and Panapakam RSs. Injuries are 1) A severe bleeding injury to head left side with some sharp weapon and 2) Cut injury to head back side was found otherwise nothing found on the dead body on observing the surroundings, to the south side of the dead body one mud road which leads to bus stand is having blood stains at different places and also found blood stains on the wall which is at the side of Shetty cools drinks, near auto stand, Pakala. The dead body looks like some un-known persons might have murdered the deceased for some un-known reason with sharp weapon at some other place and placed on railway track, no trains were passed on the dead body. Basing on the complainant RP SI A.Praveen Kumar of Chittoor RPS registered a case in Cr.No.80/2019, U/s.302, 201, IPC of Chittoor RPS IRP Renigunta took further investigation in this
