Location Central Christian School is located in Redmond two miles east of highway 97 and 13 miles north of Bend.

Purpose Statement CCS glorifies God by sharing in dynamic relationships established Mission/Vision through the education of students in a Christ-centered, academically excellent environment. Students are fully equipped to function effectually as Christ followers in their communities by passionately pursuing the mind of Christ, fostering relationships, and manifesting servant leadership.

History Founded in 1992, CCS is currently in its 25th year of operation.

Accreditation CCS (preschool - grade 12) is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Northwest Accreditation Commission/AdvancED (K - grade 12).

Organization CCS operates as an interdenominational, non-profit organization.

Denominations Students attend 41 different churches in the Redmond-Bend area. Interdenominational chapel services are held weekly on campus for the students and staff.

Finances The 2016-17 budget is $1,300,000. Fundraising accounts for 12% of the budget, allowing 40% of the students to receive tuition grants.

Graduates Historically, 90% of CCS graduates go on to attend colleges and universities. Annually CCS seniors are offered over $300,000 in merit scholarships.

Academic Over the past three years, CCS university-bound seniors scored an Achievements average of 1707 on the SAT (national average 1497).

Dual College CCS has been approved by Northwest Nazarene University and Credit Colorado Christian University to offer dual college credit. Currently 19 semester credits are offered to juniors and seniors.
