The bidder must have carried out similar nature of services/supplies/works for the value of not less than Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh) only during last 2 (two) financial years under any of Central/State Government Organizations OR PSUs. In support of which bidder must have to submit copy of supply order with successful completion certificate invariably. 2. Photo copy of PAN card. 3. Photo copy of GST registration certificate. 4. Copy of Trade License with authorization certificate as service provider from any reputed Air Conditioner manufacture. 5. Period of completion: - 1 (One) Year from the Commencement date mentioned in LOA. 6. The rate should be quoted in both in words and figures. 7. The bidder must quote their rates as per Basic price and GST separately and any other charges if applicable. The rate quoted shall be firm. 8. Executing office: - Sr. Manager, Gas Thermal Mechanical Sub Division-II, Rokhia. 9. The offer shall remain valid for 3(three) months from the date of opening. 10. The payment will be processed in different phases separately on submission of bill in Triplicate after phase wise successful completion of the work duly certified by the officer in charge. No advance payment will be made in any circumstances. 11. All spares shall be supplied by the agency as and when required (i.e. Compressor, Capacitor, Condenser Coils, and Evaporator etc. including Gas charging.) 12. The agencies is to perform servicing of each Air Conditioner at least 02(two) months interval during the contract period. The agency shall also have to attend within 24 hours for servicing as and when called by the Officer-in-charge. Otherwise a penalty of Rs.300.00 (Rupees three hundred) only per call will be deducted against each call from the bill. 13. The work order may be cancelled at any time with a 15 days’ notice for unsatisfactory performance like delay attending/ not response in time. 14. The successful bidder shall have to sign on formal agreement and be required to furnish a contract performance guarantee@10% of the total contract price in the shape of demand draft in favor of Deputy General Manager, Gas Thermal Electrical Division, Rokhia payable at SBI Bishalgarh Branch within 07 (seven) days from the date of issue of LOA. 15. The agency shall have to submit an INDEMNITY BOND as per TSECL format on a non judicial Stamp Paper value of Rs.30.00 (only). 16. The bid shall be submitted in sealed envelope properly super scribing NIT No, Name of work and due date time of dropping. 17. Any bid received after time and date fixed for submission of bid shall be rejected. Bid received through post/courier after the fixed date and time will not be entertained. 18. The contract Performance Guarantee shall be forfeited if the bidder fails to execute the work successfully in scheduled period of completion. 19. Taxes & Duties as applicable shall be deducted at source as per norms. 4 TRIPURA POWER GENERATION LIMITED (A Govt. of Tripura Enterprises) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Tripura Power Generation Limited Authority shall be final and binding 21. ARBITRATION 21.1 All disputes or differences in respect of which the decision, if any, of the Engineer has not become final or binding as aforesaid shall be settled by arbitration in the manner hereinafter provided. 21.2 The arbitration shall be conducted by an arbitrator, to be nominated by TSECL and he will be the sole arbitrator to conduct the arbitration. 21.3 The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration & Reconciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification thereof. The venue of arbitration shall be at Agartala. 21.4. The arbitrators may, from time to time with the consent of all the parties enlarge the time for making the award. 21.5 The arbitrator shall have full powers to review and /or revise any, decision, opinion, direction, certification

COURAGE IN JOURNALISM AWARD NOMINEES FOR 2018 1. Abadullah Hananzai Country of origin: Afghanistan Circumstances: Suicide bomb attack (Kabul, Afghanistan) Multiple deaths in same incident Hananzai was a video journalist for RFE/RL’s Radio Azadi (Radio Free Afghanistan). Hananzai was killed on April 30th 2018 in Kabul, Afghanistan. The suicide bomber responsible for the attack was disguised as a media worker and deliberately targeted the press, causing multiple fatalities. Islamic State issued an online statement the same day of the attack claiming responsibility. Hananzai most notably reported on drug addiction and the Interior Ministry’s attempts to crackdown on narcotics trafficking out of Afghanistan in a project called ‘Caravan of Poison.’ Whilst travelling around the country visiting the sites affected by suicide bombings, Hananzai acted as both a journalist and a humanitarian worker. During his career he had worked for Kabul News, Zhwandoon TV and the Educational and Cultural Centre for Afghan Women. Hananzai had recently graduated from Kabul University with a degree in Persian Literature. At the time of his death he was 26 years old.
