CONGREGATION OR HADASH RETREAT

CAMP RAMAH DAROM | OCTOBER 22-24, 2021 CONGREGATION OR HADASH RETREAT CAMP RAMAH DAROM | OCTOBER 22-24, 2021

Join us for a Shabbat Shabbaton, the retreat of all retreats! After so many months apart, we cannot wait to be together. A weekend retreat offers a special opportunity to immerse ourselves in each other’s company, in Shabbat, and in the majestic beauty of the North Georgia mountains in fall. Our retreat will once again be held at The Kaplan Mitchell Retreat Center at Ramah Darom, which offers a magical combination of comfort, accessibility, and the natural beauty of camp.

Disconnect for 25 hours and be in the fullness of Shabbat as a community: we will eat delicious food, pray and sing together in nature, take off our watches and stop tracking our schedules.

So many of you have said that the thing that you’ve most missed about being in community is the unprogrammed moments and spontaneous conversations; the magic that happens when people are gathered together with nothing on their mind but being together. We will have learning, song, hiking, and games, but the greatest gift of this weekend may just be that conversation you have sitting by the waterfall with an old friend.
