Dear Coach,

My name is Isabella Heintzelman, and I'm currently a Junior at Dixon High School in Dixon, Illinois. I first would like to say thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to review my golf résumé.

I have always wanted to play golf at the collegiate level, and I believe my dedication and talent would be a valuable asset to your team. I am always looking to improve and strengthen my game. I have had a strong bond with my high school coach and I hope to continue that throughout my college career.

Not only do I strive for improvement on the golf course, but I also challenge myself in the classroom. I enjoy learning new concepts and the challenge that comes with them. I work hard to maintain my 3.6 GPA. I am continually looking for new ways to use my leadership to help others both in the classroom and on the course.

Thanks again for taking the time to review my résumé. I would love to hear back from you to schedule a visit to discuss how I could become an asset to your team.
