The unit commenced operations on 30.3.2017 and the LOA is valid upto 29.3.2022.

VSEZ vide letters dated 14.10.2019 and 23.12.2020 accorded approval for export of the following quantities of spare parts are also approved for a period of one year as per the Export License received from the Ministry of Defence to export to the Boeing Company, USA:

M/s. Infosys Ltd (u-7) was issued LOA No. 9/476/SEZ/HYD/2019 dated 31.12.2019 for setting up of a unit in an area admeasuring 4,637 sq. mtrs. in Block-6B in M/s. Infosys Limited, SEZ for IT/ITES at Pocharam Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. The unit commenced operations on 19.2.2020 and the LOA is valid upto 18.2.2025. At present, the unit is operating in an area of 9,274 sq. ft. in Block-6B, Building No. 18 in the above SEZ.

The unit vide its letter dated 12.3.2021 has stated that foregoing business needs, they would like to take additional Floors i.e., Ground, 1st and 2nd Floors in SDB-7 (Building # 20) in an area of 17,028 sq. mtrs in their SEZ unit.

The unit has projected Exports for expansion as Rs. 562 Crores, FE Outgo for Rs. 323 Crores, NFE of Rs. 238 Crores, Employment of 1450 Numbers and Investment of Rs. 22.10 Crores.

The Developer vide letter dated 12.3.2021 has provided Letter of Intent to that effect.

From Policy angle NFE: Positive

In case of this project, the FOB value of exports projected is Rs. 2,47,118 Lakhs and FE outgo of Rs. 16,464 Lakhs. Hence it has positive NFE of Rs. 2,30,654 Lakhs

ITC Classification: The proposed items are freely exportable and importable.

As per the new guidelines for issue of LOA, the following parameters need to be looked into. In the case of SEZ units, proposals for setting up units under SEZ scheme under automatic route shall be considered by the Unit Approval Committee.

The Notification for the Unit Approval Committee has been issued in terms of SEZ Rules, 2006.

In terms of Rule 17 (2) of SEZ rules, the application submitted by the Company has been examined and submitted for consideration of Unit Approval Committee.

In terms of Rule 18 (2) of SEZ rules, the Approval Committee shall approve the proposal if it fulfills the requirements viz., (a) if the proposal meets with the positive NFE earning requirement (according to projections NFE is positive); (b) availability of space is confirmed by Developer vide LOI dated 4.2.2021 regarding availability of space submitted, (c) applicant undertakes to fulfill the environmental and pollution control norms (d) applicant submits proof of residence of proprietor or partners of partnership firms or Directors of the Company (Residential proofs of all Directors submitted), (e) Income tax returns alongwith annexures of the proprietor or partners or in the case of a company audited balance sheet for the last 3 years (Income Tax Returns of 2 Partners from 2017-18 to 2019-20 submitted).

AGENDA Item No. 10: Proposal of M/s. Sanofi Healthcare India Pvt. Limited, Developer, SEZ for Bio-Technology at Muppireddypalle Village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District, Telangana for approval for provision of Piped Natural Gas in their SEZ.

The Developer vide letter dated 9.3.2021 has stated that they have 2 Oil-fired Steam Boilers each of 6 tons capacity with furnace oil fuel at present. The raw steam generated from these boilers is used for both units (Vaccine UNIT 1) and (Insulin UNIT 2)

To meet Healthy Safety Environment global compliance related to reduction of carbon footprint assessed for alternate fuel and proposed for dual filter with piped natural gas (PNG) which is significant and sustainable way.

Original Equipment Boiler Manufacturer (Thermax) has suggested dual firing burner for the use of the either of the Furnace Oil or Piped Natural Gas. There will not be any change in the furnace temperature and working pressure.

As per feasibility study, M/s. Torrent gas private ltd is the nearest station and it is 7 km from their SEZ unit.

As on date Torrent Gas Pvt. Ltd. has not supplied PNG to any industries in Medak dist., the proposals are under process to supply the gas shortly.

The gas lines will be laid through underground from Bandamylaram to Sanofi Healthcare India Pvt Ltd, New Gate-2 which is under Torrent gas Pvt. Ltd. scope and Material of Construction of pipeline shall be Carbon steel AP15 grade.

Torrent gas Pvt. Ltd. has a surveillance and maintenance team to verify any gas leakage, monitoring and maintenance by 24X7 hrs.

The laying of pipeline from Sanofi Gate-2 (after Meter Regulator Station) to Boiler is under Sanofi scope, and it should be laid above ground level.

Apart from PNG, they require Furnace oil also as to build up the steam pressure in standby boiler daily. In a week, out of two boilers, first boiler will be run with Piped Natural Gas for 5 days and second boiler will run for 1 day apart from this if any breakdown occurs in first boiler second boiler will come into running mode with Furnace oil continuously.

The Specified Officer vide letter dated 103.2021 has recommend the proposal since it involves several Healthy Safety Environment benefits and consumption of Furnace Oil will be reduced.

The unit commenced operations on 5.2.2020 and the LOA is valid upto 4.2.2025.

From Policy angle NFE: Positive

In case of this project, the FOB value of exports projected is Rs. 3062.00 Lakhs and FE outgo of Rs. 179.00 Lakhs. Hence it has positive NFE of Rs. 3971.62 Lakhs.

ITC Classification: The proposed items are freely exportable and importable.

As per the new guidelines for issue of LOA, the following parameters need to be looked into. In the case of SEZ units, proposals for setting up units under SEZ scheme under automatic route shall be considered by the Unit Approval Committee.

The Notification for the Unit Approval Committee has been issued in terms of SEZ Rules, 2006.

In terms of Rule 17 (2) of SEZ rules, the application submitted by the Company has been examined and submitted for consideration of Unit Approval Committee.

In terms of Rule 18 (2) of SEZ rules, the Approval Committee shall approve the proposal if it fulfills the requirements viz., (a) if the proposal meets with the positive NFE earning requirement (according to projections NFE is positive); (b) availability of space is confirmed by Developer from 08.03.2021 regarding availability of space submitted, (c) applicant undertakes to fulfill the environmental and pollution control norms (d) applicant submits proof of residence of proprietor or partners of partnership firms or Directors of the Company (Residential proofs of all Directors submitted), (e) Income tax returns along with annexures of the proprietor or partners or in the case of a company audited balance sheet for the last 3 years (Audited Balance Sheets of the company for the last 3 years from 2017-18 to 2019-20).

(5,800 sq. ft. on part of 2nd floor (Wing A), Tower-2 and 4,582 sq. ft. on part of 2nd floor, Building No. 2), M/s. NSL SEZ (Hyderabad) Pvt. Limited, IT/ITES SEZ at IDA Uppal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. The unit commenced operations on 15.10.2013 and the LOP is valid upto 14.10.2023.

The unit vide letter dated 12.3.2021 (Received on 15.3.2021) has stated that they would like to surrender of total area of 10,382 sq. ft. in 2nd Floor (Wing-A), Tower-2 of the above SEZ and expand their unit by an area of 14,970 sq. ft. in part of 3rd Floor (Wing-A), Building No-2 based on the future growth.

The unit has projected figures for Expansion for Exports as Rs. 2,529.56 Lakhs, FE Outgo for Nil, NFE of Rs. 2,529.56 Lakhs, Investment of Rs. 64.07 Lakhs and Employment of 107 Nos.

The Developer has provided Letter of Intent vide letter dated 03.03.2021 for expansion and NOC vide letter dated 8.2.2021 for surrender of space in 2nd Floor, Wing-A, Tower-2 to that effect.

(5,800 sq. ft. on part of 2nd floor (Wing A), Tower-2 and 4,582 sq. ft. on part of 2nd floor, Building No. 2), M/s. NSL SEZ (Hyderabad) Pvt. Limited, IT/ITES SEZ at IDA Uppal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. The unit commenced operations on 15.10.2013 and the LOP is valid upto 14.10.2023.

The unit vide letter dated 12.3.2021 (Received on 15.3.2021) has requested for occupying Incubation Space in an area of 5,200 sq. ft. on part of 2nd Floor, Building-2 in the above SEZ. After seeking required approvals, they shall initiate interior development of proposed space and once the new space is ready for occupation, they shall shift all their existing operations including operations at Incubation Space to the new premises.

The list has been certified by Chartered Engineer as required under Rule 12 (2) of SEZ Rules 2006.
