The convocation then moves next door to the Ball Honors House backyard for a social mixer, where freshmen will meet their peer mentors, leaders of honors College student organizations, and Honors College faculty and staff. We’ll take our annual class photo at the convocation, and each new honors freshman will receive a welcome gift from the Honors College.

Sunday, August 25 5:00 – 7:-00 pm IFC Recruitment Orientation Location: Pruis Hall The Interfraternity Council (IFC) will be hosting an orientation for all men interested in joining one of the 12 member fraternities. This program will provide information on the general expectations and requirements form membership, how to participate in the official recruitment process. 6:00 p.m. Panhellenic Primary Recruitment Orientation Location: Student Center Ballroom If you are interested in the 11 Panhellenic sororities and the primary recruitment process, join us to learn more! You will be able to ask questions, understand the opportunities and benefits of joining a Panhellenic sorority, register for primary recruitment, learn what to wear for the process and fill out the absent form if you will miss parts of the process.
