Partnership Desks There will be a short break after the 4th round to give Open & Intermediate-Newcomers (I-N) players a chance to get something to eat. Because of limited time between sessions, you might want to bring a lunch. Be sure to register with Louise if you need a partner. Lorna Johnson is the I-N Chair. She can often be found in the playing area. Otherwise, speak Registration Desk to anyone with a badge indicating a tournament committee member with any problems or questions. The partnership desk will be open for approximately one hour before each and every session. One of the biggest problems these volunteers experience is the failure by some players to cancel a previous request for a partner after having found a partner on their own. Please be considerate. Let the Partnership Desk know that you have found a partner. Your cooperation and understanding will be much appreciated by these hard working volunteers. This desk is located on the main floor at the base of the escalators going up to the playing area.
