2. Minutes of Motion made to approve the minutes of the Moved by Previous last NZIHF Management Committee Minutes Birgel. Meeting of 4 June 2014. Seconded by Biggs. Motion Passed.

3. Treasurer’s Kaisser emailed his July 2014 Treasurer’s Report Report and accounts. a. NZIHF Financial Hay reported that there is a $226,000 Agenda and Position balance, of which $70,000 is from the Treasurers President’s Fund. There is currently $13,000 Report to be in the Administration account. Remainder is sent 7 days in the NZIHL and National Teams accounts. prior to Hay voiced concern over the NZIHF financial Management position, in the Administration account. Committee 2014 Registration Fees have yet to be Meetings. received, which should increase balance by $30-$40K in the next month.

Birgel asked why NZIHL is bracketed in the NZIHF accounts. Hay answered that the NZIHL comes under the NZIHF umbrella. NZIHL will be indicated as being a separate account in future reports. b. Accounts For No accounts reported for payment. Payment

4. General Albright summarized his tasks since the last Secretary Report Management Committee meeting. Current tasks included IIHF Hydra maintenance, Uniform Policy, NZIHF Disciplinary, Funding Applications, National Team Support, NZWIHL Support, Vierumaki Planning, 2015 NZL Tournament Communication with the IIHF and general maintenance. Long term projects include Strategic Planning, NZIHF Coaching Manual, NZIHF Minimum Standards Document and Constitutional Review. Work is ongoing, and is providing support to portfolio holders.

5. Funding Birgel asked why Dragon Community Trust Hay and Resolutions and Mt Wellington Foundation are allocated Albright to meet Motions for projects outside their Trust Funding with Cowie purpose/area. before next Hay and Albright to meet with Grant Cowie to Management discuss. 6. NZIHL a. Update on Birgel updated that the 2014 season is well 2014 Season underway. b. Disciplinary Reid and Albright updated that the Process Update Disciplinary Process has been active, with suspensions handed out at varying degrees to all teams but the Admirals. 9. NZIHF Albright updated that work is ongoing for Coaching Level 2 courses. There were 10 registrations. Courses Level 1 will commence in September 2014 to December. At the moment, there are 14 registrations. 10. NZL 2015 World Championship Hosting Bids a.
