• Nature’s Value – Biosphere and Biodiversity 21 April, 10am – 4pm, Manx Museum. Free event Join our partners DEFA hosting talks from the groups, scientists and professionals that help inform us about and monitor everything from deep in the sea up to the top of Snaefell.

• Leaf Litter Lab 22 April, 1pm – 3pm, Curraghs Wildlife Park, Free event – standard admission to the park applies. Leaf litter is a swarming metropolis of all sorts of tiny creatures. Let’s collect some and take a closer look!

• Pollen Cores in the Curragh 24 April, 11am -1pm, Meet by the Curraghs, Free event, For 15 years plus. Ever wonder how they know what our landscape was like thousands of years ago? Let’s collect some 10,000 year old pollen and we can find out.

• Wildlife Expo 25 April, 7pm – 9pm, iMuseum, Free event This drop-in event will give you a chance to look everything from dried bats to shark eggs and chat to the people behind some of our wildlife and monitoring groups.

• Helping Hedgehogs 28 April, 1pm – 3pm, iMuseum, Free event. Join Manx Wildlife Trust as they introduce you to some of our prickly friends and show how you can keep an eye on them by using a footprint tunnel. Tunnels will be sold at the workshop for £15.00

• Bat Walk at The Raggat 28 April, 8.45pm – 10.15pm, Free event. Meeting point – The Raggat, Patrick. Want to know how to identify different bats in the dark? Take a walk in the woods and learn how from the Manx Bat Group.

• Guided Walk around The Ayres. 29 April, 10am – 12pm, Free event Let the Ayres National Nature Reserve Warden guide you on a walk around this picturesque place at the Northernmost tip of the Island.

• Rockpooling in Port Erin 29 April, 3pm – 5pm, Free event Explore our shoreline looking for crabs, starfish and anemones with some of our wildlife guides. Nature Watch : Public Lecture by 27 April, Manx Museum Lecture Theatre, Tickets £10, Doors open 5:45pm, talk starts at 7pm.
