14 – – 15 Architect of a vision

Graham Stirk is a partner at world-renowned architectural practice Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. He has led the team responsible for turning St James’ vision to create London’s ultimate private riverside address into a unique, elegant, architectural reality. The design of Merano draws upon his unique depth of expertise and experience. From ‘Stirling Architecture Prize’ nominated work such as the expansion of Lloyd’s Register Headquarters in London and a celebrated winery in Northern Spain, to London residential buildings including One Hyde Park and Riverlight, by St James. In Merano, he has created a building which will be admired by many, yet home to very few.

16 – – 17 TRUE RARITY

We value the rarest pleasures the most: whether it’s driving one of the world’s most celebrated supercars or owning one of London’s rarest homes, Merano features just 34 residences, making the pleasure of ownership the most exclusive of experiences.
