First Responders with the Corinth Fire Department were on hand, as well as three units from the Corinth Police Department to help control traffic. The accident is under investigation and a report wasn’t available at press time. The highway was blocked for a brief period. A second traffic accident occurred when a vehicle rolled over just before 4 p.m. on U.S. 72 west of Corinth in the westbound lane near Glen. The driver was uninjured.
