Q1: How to enjoy the privilege? Can card holder call restaurant directly? A: Cardholder calls UnionPay concierge hotline for booking in advance, tell the waiter/waitress on site to use this privilege, and use UnionPay credit card for bill to enjoy the privilege. Please do call UnionPay concierge hotline for booking/reschedule/cancelation instead of calling restaurant, or else the privilege cannot be provided.

Q2: Does cardholder need to inform UnionPay concierge hotline for reschedule or cancelation? A: (1) Any reschedule/cancelation regarding below 6 restaurants, cardholder need to call UnionPay concierge hotline 72 hours in advance. Neither cardholders not presenting onsite nor not cancelling the booking in due course, shall be deemed as violation of agreements. In such instance, UnionPay reserves the rights to charge penalty to cardholders, and other rights in all methods including but not limited to litigations.
