2018 was a tumultuous year for the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency, but offi cials hope to associate a new logo for the agency with a more positive outlook in 2019. “We’ve been working, both at UCHRA and also the development district, to do some rebranding,” said Mark Farley, the executive director of both agencies. “With the changes (that have taken place), I think our employees have uni- versally agreed that we need a new look and a new logo moving forward.” Those changes include the agency’s loss of TDOT grant monies because of misspending, the removal of UCHRA’s BEN WHEELER | HERALD-CITIZEN oversight of the workforce development Shoppers will soon be able to buy wine in grocery stores on Sunday.
