I would also like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the sponsors of this State Championships and to the Metropolitan South West Hockey Association and its volunteers for hosting us again.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to extend an enormous thank you to all of the volunteers, officials and support staff for their efforts over the coming weekend and without whom these events would not be possible.
I would like to remind everyone here this weekend to abide by all COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Please remember to socially distance, maintain good hygiene practices and check-in and out as appropriate. We all need to work together to keep our community and vulnerable members safe and healthy.
Finally, a thank you to all the friends and family who have made the journey to the Camden area. Good luck to all teams competing this weekend and we look forward to seeing the athletes enjoy a weekend of competition, sportsmanship and friendship.

COMPETITION DRAW MONDAY 14 JUNE 2021 NSW Pride Squad The 2021 NSW Pride Squad will consist of up to a maximum of 30 athletes and will be Field 1 announced on the Hockey NSW website at 3pm Thursday 17th June 2021.
This squad will then be reduced to 20 athletes on Friday 27th August 2021.
2021 Hockey One League Played on selected weekends from the 1st October - 21st November 2021. These will include home and away games. Head Coach: Peter Shea
2021 Australian Country National Championships The 2021 Hockey NSW Country Women’s Team consisting of up to 18 athletes will be Field 2 announced on the Hockey NSW website at 3pm Tuesday 15th June 2021.

Athletes wishing to be considered for selection in the 2021 Hockey NSW Country Women’s Team are required to complete and submit the appropriate Nomination Form online. If a nomination form has not been completed prior to the State Championship the athlete must advise the Selectors via their Team Manager of their intention to stand for selection and then complete the Field 3 appropriate Nomination Form online.
2022 Hockey NSW Women’s U21 Squad The 2022 Hockey NSW Women’s U21 Squad consisting of up to 50 athletes will be announced on the Hockey NSW website at 3pm Wednesday 16th June, 2021.
Selected athletes in all State Squads and Teams should familiarise themselves with the Hockey NSW State Teams Selection Policy available via the Hockey NSW website.
All athletes successful in making the above Teams/Squads will be notified via email.
