DRESS CODE

Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted (shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution). Bathing suits are not permitted. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.

REFUND POLICY

Students that cancel their reservation for Six Flags Great Adventure after June 7th, 2019, withdraw from The Ailey School Summer Intensive, or get dismissed from McMahon Hall or The Ailey School, will not receive a refund. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This trip will include physical and recreational activities. Six Flags Great Adventure offers 15 major coasters including Wonder Woman, The Joker, El Toro, , Nitro, GREEN LANTERN and . Admission includes more than 75 other rides, shows and attractions as well as admittance to the all-new Safari Off Road Adventure. Hurricane Harbor, Six Flag’s Waterpark is NOT included in this trip. Admission to Hurricane Harbor is prohibited for ALL Ailey School students.

I understand that there are risks of injury associated with the above-listed activities and I consent to my own and/or my child’s participation in all these activities except for the following: ______b. I understand that if my child is found in possession of these prohibited substances, he/she will be subject to school disciplinary procedures and possible criminal prosecution.
