Entries due April 25, 2018 New for 2018…

On Sunday May 6, 2018, the day following the Spring Fling Dressage Schooling Show at the same location, The Nebraska Dressage Association will be sponsoring 30 minute Ride-A-Test or “clinic” format rides with our judge, Susan Lang. You may specify a test you’d like to ride for her, then have discussion following, or you can choose to have a clinic ride for the 30 minutes. We will be accepting a limited number of riders, with an emphasis on Western Dressage. Western riders will be given priority, however, depending on time and interest, Traditional Dressage riders may have an opportunity as well. Sign up for this exciting opportunity on the Spring Fling Entry form. We will only be accepting between 12 and 14 riders on a first come, first serve basis so don’t wait! You may email the show secretary your interest in a time slot and if there is still availability, however, you aren’t guaranteed a spot until payment has been received.

Susan also teaches both English and Western dressage in Wichita, KS and conducts geometry and test riding sessions for KDEA and local students. Recently, she attended the International Equine Judging Academy and learned a little about judging , , , showmanship, western riding and trail. Susan works well with riders of all backgrounds, focusing on making the rider aware of how the horse is positively affected by correct rider position, thereby creating a better balanced horse that is confident in his work.
