This attractive property enjoys mellow Bath stone elevations with ashlar stone surrounds to the sash windows and doors, beneath a Cotswold stone roof, with river frontage and gardens of just over ¾ of an acre. It is believed that there has been a mill on the site of The Mill House since the Domesday Book and during the 13th and 14th Centuries is was the mill to Hinton Charterhouse Priory. The present Mill House dates from the 17th Century and the mill was working commercially until 1959.
