By Authority ISSN 2201-7534 Government Printer 3541 NSW Government Gazette No 102 of 6 September 2019 Government Notices GOVERNMENT NOTICES Rural Fire Service Notices TOTAL FIRE BAN ORDER Prohibition on the Lighting, Maintenance and Use of Fires in the Open Air Being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient in the interests of public safety to do so, I direct by this order that the following parts of the State for the periods specified the lighting, maintenance or use of any fire in the open air is prohibited (subject to the exemptions specifically listed hereunder and further set out in the Schedule of standard exemptions to total fire bans published in the NSW Government Gazette No 16 of 9 February 2018): Fire Weather Area Classes of Exemption New England Northern Slopes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6A, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 North Western This direction shall apply for the periods specified hereunder: 00:01 hours to 23:59 hours on Thursday 5 September 2019. Coolamon Fire District Comprising the existing Fire District in Coolamon Shire Council Local Government Area, additions and deletions as delineated on Map No. 282 kept in the office of Fire and Rescue NSW. (n2019-2647) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 – PROCLAMATION MARGARET BEAZLEY, Governor I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of section 218B of the Local Government Act 1993, hereby alter the boundaries of the areas of- (a) Mid-Western Regional described by a Proclamation published in the Gazette on 1 May 2009, and (b) Upper Hunter Shire described by a Proclamation published in the Gazette on 18 September 2009, and (c) City of Lithgow City described by a Proclamation published in the Gazette on 1 May 2009, and (d) Warrumbungle Shire described by a Proclamation published in the Gazette on 19 April 2013, by transferring the lands described in Schedule A, from the Mid-Western Regional local government area to the Upper Hunter Shire local government area, by transferring the land described in Schedule B, from the City of Lithgow local government area to the Mid-Western Regional local government area, and by transferring the land described in Schedule C, from the Mid-Western Regional local government area to the Warrumbungle Shire local government area, so that the boundaries of the areas of - (a) Mid-Western Regional are the boundaries shown on the map kept in the register of public surveys and having the identifier number PP5230; and (b) Upper Hunter Shire are the boundaries shown on the map kept in the register of public surveys and having the identifier number PP5231; and (c) City of Lithgow are the boundaries shown on the map kept in the register of public surveys and having the identifier number PP5232; and (d) Warrumbungle Shire are the boundaries shown on the map kept in the register of public surveys and having an identifier number of PP5233. By Her Excellency’s Command Shelley Hancock MP Minister for Local Government GOD SAVE THE QUEEN! 3544 NSW Government Gazette No 102 of 6 September 2019 Government Notices Schedule A – Area to be transferred Lots 8, 9, 15 and 16 DP256129 having an area of approximately 5.3199 hectares Schedule B – Area to be transferred Part Lot 1 DP1221421 having an area of approximately 4381 square metres Schedule C – Area to be transferred Lot 1 DP1224727 having an area of approximately 1.34 hectares (n2019-2648) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 – PROCLAMATION MARGARET BEAZLEY, Governor I, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of section 218B of the Local Government Act 1993, hereby alter the boundaries of the areas of- (a) Uralla as described by Proclamation in Government Gazette No. 82 of 3 October 2014, and (b) Walcha as described by Proclamation in Government Gazette No. 82 of 3 October 2014, by transferring the land described in Schedule A from the Uralla local government area to the Walcha local government area so that the boundaries of the area of - (a) Uralla are the boundaries shown on the map kept in the register of public surveys and having the identifier number PP303; and (b) Walcha are the boundaries shown on the map kept in the register of public surveys and having the identifier number PP5304. Schedule A – Area to be transferred “Yattonvale” Part Lot 1 DP1215714 having an area of approximately 4715 square metres Schedule B – Rates and Charges 1) Appropriate arrangements are to be made in relation to the payment of outstanding rates and charges over any rateable parcels of land affected by this Proclamation. 2) The General Manager of Uralla Shire Council, and the General Manager of Walcha Council are to reach a negotiated agreement on the nature of those arrangements. 3) In the event that the General Managers of Uralla Shire Council and Walcha Council cannot come to a negotiated agreement on the matter of rates and charges, the Councils shall request that the Minister for Local Government make a determination on that matter.
