Prerequisites

Divemaster Prerequisites

• PADI Advanced (or qualifying certification from another training organization) • PADI Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization) • 20 logged dives (documenting experience in and Underwater Navigation) • 18 years old • Diving physical (RSTC medical release signed by a doctor within past 12 months) • Emergency First Response certification or hold a certification in and CPR within the last 24 months from another training organization

Exit Requirements

• 60 logged dives

Assistant Instructor Prerequisites

• Padi certifications or qualifying certification from another training organization • 18 years old • Diving physical (RSTC medical release signed by a doctor within past 12 months) • Certified as a diver for 6 months • 60 logged dives (documenting proof in Deep diving, Underwater Navigation, and • Emergency First Response certification or hold a certification in First Aid and CPR within the last 24 months from another training organization • If not a Padi Divemaster must successfully complete a diver rescue skills assessment

Open Water Scuba Instructor Prerequisites

• Padi Assistant Instructor or as a Instructor in good standing with another recreational organization for at least 6 months • 18 years old • 60 logged dives (documenting proof in Deep diving, Underwater Navigation, and Night diving • Diving physical (RSTC medical release signed by a doctor within past 12 months) • 60 logged dives (documenting proof in Deep diving, Underwater Navigation, and Night diving • Emergency First Response certification or hold a certification in First Aid and CPR within the last 24 months from another training organization

*100 LOGGED DIVES IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ATTENDING INSTRUCTOR EXAMINATION (IE)*
