ORDERS , the 2d June, 2021

Authority1. Whereas, in exercise the Chairperson, of the powers State Executiveconferred Committee under Section of the State20(2)(a) Disaster of theManagement Disaster Management Act, 2005 had issued orders dated 28/05/2021 extending the "Curfew" imposed in seven districts while allowing some more activities.

2. Whereas, there is a need to allow some more activities to cater to the requirements of Petroleum products and other goods transporters.

3 Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 20(2)(a) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 the undersigned in his capacity as Chairperson, State Executive Committee of the State Disaster Management Authority, hereby permits the following additional activities.

I. List of additional permitted activities.

Opening of workshops Workshops of goods trucks, Petrol tankers, LPG bullets within the Municipal Area are also allowed to open from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. by taking adequate protection and strictly following Covid Appropriate Behavior.

ii. Opening of spare parts shops One each out of three spare parts shops, three tyre shops and three battery shops of heavy vehicles in Thangal Bazaar is allowed to open from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. on all days except Sunday. Roster in this regard to be prepared by the DC and SP/IW. Authorized dealers of spare parts, tyre and batteries of heavy vehicles located outside Thangal Bazaar may also be allowed to open from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. This permission is subject to taking adequate precaution and strictly following Covid Appropriate Behaviour.

iii. Opening of Insurance Offices- Following four (a) United Insurance Co. Ltd., Thangal Bazaar (b) National Insurance Company Ltd., Thangal Bazaar (c) The new India Insurance Company Ltd., Chingmeirong Nepali Basti (d) The Oriental India Insurance Company Ltd., Thangal Bazaar are allowed to open with limited staff from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

4. This order is in continuation of the order of even No. dated 28/05/2021.

5. Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police shall take necessary action to implement the orders strictly.
