There have been a number of queries of similar queries from members regarding the transition to the new stadium and we encourage members to refer to the FAQs on our website. This report seeks to clarify some specific queries we have received and the process to request a change to allocated seats, add seats and confirming seats. Some specific queries include: >> The allocation of seats to members has been managed by the use of the AFL’s Virtual Venue software and this software has endeavoured to match members’ seating at Domain Stadium with similar seating and/or a similar seating category price point at the new Perth Stadium. The software also took into account the numerous grouping requests from members. Where possible, members were allocated seats that were in a similar location in the seating bowl and if this was not possible, in a similar seating category price point. Perth Stadium is a very different stadium to Domain Stadium with a very different seating bowl. It is not possible to exactly replicate allocated seating at Perth Stadium to that of Domain Stadium. >> Members had until Tuesday 28 November 2017 to confirm their seating at Perth Stadium by paying their $10 deposit per seat through Virtual Perth Stadium. Members will be issued their 2018 Fremantle Dockers renewal invoice by mid-December 2017. >> One of the common queries from members related to access to seats within the 50 metre arcs in the lower seating bowl on the interchange gate side of the ground.
