Haryana Vidhan Sabha WHO’S WHO 2009 Research Branch Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat, Chandigarh Preface This publication of WHO’S WHO contains the biographical sketches of Members of the 90 seated 12th Haryana Legislative Assembly the election for which were held on 13th October, 2009 and the Assembly was constituted on28 October, 2009. These bio-sketches have been prepared on the basis of information furnished by the Members themselves and every effort has been made to ensure the factual accuracy. Sh. Om Prakash Chautala was elected from two Constituencies i.e. Uchana Kalan and Ellenbad and thereafter, he resigned from the Ellenabad constituency. The bye-election of the Ellenabad constituency was held on 20th January, 2010 and Shri Abhay Singh Chautala was elected from that Constituency. The Party position of the Member is as it stood on the date of this publication. The names of the Members have been arranged in English alphabetical order.
