Ladies and young people will find a place for them at the club, and apart from the sport of bowls itself, you are almost certain to make new, long-lasting friendships. The club also has a comprehensive indoor season of games and social events. Membership includes not only people from Chudleigh, but surrounding areas from several miles away. The club is one of the most popular in the local area. It’s worth a call to the secretary Graham on 07890 804490, or the chairman Richard on 07923 127025, to find out the best time to visit the club and what’s on. The bowling green is adjacent to the cricket field by the Sports Centre pavilion, and the club has its own car park. If you fancy coming to try it out, could you possibly wear flat shoes. The club has a stock of bowls of all sizes, and club members will be there to get you started. There is plenty of space to keep distanced for as long as the restrictions are in place. if you can’t make Wednesdays or weekends, phone one of the numbers above to arrange a meeting at the club.
