ACC Powers Align - For the second straight season, the ACC has two teams ranked in the top 15 of the preseason USA Today Coaches Poll. Stability Under Center - The ACC hosts a number of seasoned signal callers this season. Only Maryland and Miami kick off the 2012 season with a different quarterback under center than a year ago.
