Question INSULATION INSTALLERS CONTACTED BY FWO Senator FISHER—Are you able to provide this committee on notice with the list that you got at that time firstly? What did you find out about the names on that list? Mr Ronson—With respect to the first question we would probably need to consider whether there are any impediments to production of that information. With respect to the second question, I can tell you that we attempted to contact 7,396 enterprises on 15 April 2010— Answer The Fair Work Ombudsman has provided the following response: The initial list provided to the Fair Work Ombudsman by the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency (DCCEE) (please see attached list) identified 7,556 enterprises registered with the Home Insulation Program (HIP). 7,396 enterprises were contacted due to duplicate entries and no email addresses on the list. Further questions about the list should be directed to the DCCEE.
