The venue is extremely close to PADDINGTON which is chocca with hotels and a bit of a tourist hotspot. You will find hotels across all price points here. Paddington is also a major mainline station and walking distance to the college.
Directions From Nearest Mainline Stations
From Euston Station: Allow 40 mins from the Euston to the College including walking time
By Black Cab: A cab will get you there in less than 15 mins – will cost under £10. By Tube: You will have to physically leave Euston Mainline Station and walk the 5 mins to Euston Square where you can get on the Hammersmith & City or Circle Line to Edgware Road.
By Bus: The Number 18 from Euston runs to the Edgware Road. It leaves from the main road outside Euston Station but you need to cross the main road and check you are going in the direction of Harlesden. The buses will not accept money, so you either need to Purchase an Oyster Card and put money on it or you some but stops have ticket machines by them but not all.
From Heathrow Express & Padding Station: Allow 30 mins from the Paddington to the College including walking time
By Black Cab: A cab will get you there in around 20 mins – will cost around £15.
By Tube: Just one stop to Edgware Road on the Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, Circle and District Lines. This station is a bit confusing as there are building works at the moment but lots of staff to help. You will need an Oyster Card to use the Tube. Purchase at Station.
From Marylebone Mainline Station – Allow 30 mins includes walking time
By Tube: Just one stop to Edgware Road Station on the Bakerloo Line – You will need an Oyster Card to use the Tube. Purchase at Station.
By Cab: Less than 15 mins – Maximum £10
From Victoria Mainline Station - Allow 40 mins includes walking time
By Tube: Circle and District Line that end at Edgware Road – You will need an Oyster Card to use the Tube. Purchase at Station.
By Bus: A 36 bus from Victoria will also bring you directly to the Edgware Road Tube Station– Allow 40-50 mins including walking/waiting time.
Walking Directions from Edgware Road Tube Station
Exit onto the Edgware Road itself and opposite is Paddington Green Police Station. Go across the main road until you are stood in front of the Police Station and look above you to the left and you will see a flyover, follow the flyover for 10 mins (it must be above you on your left) and eventually, you will see an open space on your right, the college is set back from the main road but highly visible. A big modern building with the name written in white. The theatre that we are using for the Summit is directly as you enter the building, so no chance of you getting lost!
Driving
No congestion charge on Saturday & FREE street parking outside the college although this is usually nabbed quite early. The college has a barrier-protected car park that we can also use. You need to ask to be buzzed in by security.
