LISA HENSON, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER BIOGRAPHY

As Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Company where she oversees all television and feature film production from early development through post-production, also serves as Executive Producer of , premiering September 1, 2008 on PBS KIDS®. For , Henson has produced “Frances”, an upcoming animated series; “Unstable ”, a collection of direct to DVD animated features from The Weinstein Company; “Pajanimals”, a musical series for PBS KIDS Sprout, and “Muppets Wizard of Oz” for ABC Television. Feature credits include the family film “Good Boy!” and the fantasy adventure “MirrorMask”. Projects in current development include 's "Doubtful Guest," 's “," "Power of " and "." In addition to executive producing 40 episodes of SID THE SCIENCE KID, Henson is also currently executive producing "The Skrumps," the Company's new animated production featured exclusively at Yahoo! Kids.

Prior to joining The Jim Henson Company in 2000, Henson worked for fifteen years as a film executive, including several years as President of Production at and as an executive at Warner Bros.

Henson graduated in 1983 with a degree in folklore and mythology from Harvard University, where she was the first female President of "The Harvard Lampoon." She has previously served on the Board of Overseers for Harvard University, Tibet House and The for . She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the UCLA Lab School and on the for the InnerKids Foundation.

BRIAN HENSON, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER BIOGRAPHY

Brian Henson is co-CEO of The Jim Henson Company and an award-winning director, producer, writer and performer. He serves as Executive Producer on SID THE SCIENCE KID, premiering September 1, 2008 on PBS KIDS®, and directed several episodes including the premiere. In recent years, Henson served as Executive Producer on the television projects "It's A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie," "Muppet Wizard of Oz," ": The Peacekeeper Wars" (which he also directed) and "Jim Henson's : The Real Story" (which he also co-wrote and directed). He also directed “Battleground,” an Emmy® Award- winning episode of the “Nightmares & Dreamscapes” anthology for TBS. Previous television projects that Henson produced include "Farscape," "Bear in the Big Blue House," "Gulliver's Travels," "The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss," "" and "Dinosaurs." Henson's long list of film credits includes “Muppet ,” “The Muppet Christmas Carol,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “Little Shop of Horrors,” “The Witches,” “Labyrinth” and “.” Henson is currently executive producing “Pajanimals,” a new preschool short-form series that will premiere on PBS KIDS Sprout in November and “The Skrumps,” an animated production featured exclusively at Yahoo! Kids.

Henson oversees the groundbreaking work at Jim Henson's Creature Shop, one of 's pre-eminent character building, digital and physical visual effects facilities. Henson was part of the team that first created and utilized the Henson Performance Control System, a powerful custom-based interface for , which won an Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science Scientific and Engineering Award in 1992. Recently, he has been leading the Shop's work with its revolutionary technology, the Henson Digital Puppetry Studio, a proprietary technology that allows a performer to and voice digital characters in real time.

Henson also created and launched the Company's live stage show "Puppet Up! – Uncensored," which has played to sold out audiences around the world and is currently appearing monthly at Avalon Hollywood.

HALLE STANFORD, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER BIOGRAPHY

As Senior Vice President of Children's Entertainment for The Jim Henson Company, Halle Stanford serves as executive producer for SID THE SCIENCE KID, premiering September 1, 2008 on PBS KIDS®. Stanford leads the company's development and production of all preschool and children's programming for television, direct-to-video and new media projects in both animated and live-action formats.

Stanford began her career at The Jim Henson Company in 1995 and has developed and produced several well-known properties for the company since that time. In addition to her work on SID THE SCIENCE KID, she is also leading the development on "The Skrumps," a 3D animated project featuring the company's newest troupe of characters and currently seen exclusively at Yahoo! Kids. Her previous credits include executive producer for " Jam," “Telling Stories with Tomie dePaola” and the successful franchise "Bear in the Big Blue House," the rights of which are now owned by . Stanford is also executive producer of the upcoming animated series “Frances” and puppet musical series “Pajanimals,” both to debut on PBS KIDS Sprout later this year.

Apart from her work at The Jim Henson Company, Stanford is the founder of 7 Crows Stories, a children’s creative company responsible for consulting on such upcoming projects as "Krypto" and "Baby Looney Toons," two animated preschool series for Warner Brothers Animation Studios, as well as executive producing the "Pat the Bunny" DVD series for Classic Media.

Stanford holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Film and Theater from Wesleyan University. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her son Max.

BRADLEY ZWEIG, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER AND STORY EDITOR BIOGRAPHY

A veteran writer for children's programming, Bradley Zweig has teamed up with The Jim Henson Company as Executive Producer and Story Editor for SID THE SCIENCE KID, premiering September 1, 2008 on PBS KIDS®. Zweig brings his comedy and science background as well as his extensive experience in television writing for preschool audiences to this exciting new series. His previous work with The Jim Henson Company includes serving as one of the writers for the 2003 series “Animal Jam.”

Zweig has written and produced a number of television series for older kids and preschool audiences. Most recently, he was story editor and writer for Jr.’s “Yo Gabba Gabba!” and a staff writer for the new Nickelodeon Jr. preschool series “Ni Hao Kai-lan!” His past credits include writing for Cartoon Network’s “Krypto the Superdog,” ’s “Brandy and Mr. Whiskers” and Warner Brothers Animation’s “Tom and Jerry Tales.” He has also written for TLC, National Wildlife Productions, and National Geographic Kids Productions.

In addition to his television work, Zweig helped revamp The Ringling Brothers & Barnum Bailey Circus. In 2006, he wrote a storyline-driven circus, featuring interactive audience components and video segments. He recently completed writing his second Ringling Brothers circus, which is currently touring the U.S. through 2009.

Zweig began his professional writing career at The Philadelphia Zoo, where he wrote and performed sketch comedy theater to explain wildlife science for the audiences. While in Philadelphia, he founded his own sketch comedy theater company based at the Please Touch Museum for Children in Philadelphia. During his tenure at Please Touch Museum for Children, he wrote and directed 17 original preschool interactive-comedy productions. Zweig later brought his “interactive style” of preschool comedy theater to Washington D.C., where he wrote and directed seven productions for The Smithsonian’s Discovery Theater.

MARY MAZUR, EXECUTIVE VP, PROGRAMMING & PRODUCTION, KCET BIOGRAPHY

Mary Mazur serves as Executive Vice President of Programming and Production for KCET. In this role, Mazur manages KCET’s program offerings to regional and national members of PBS including the news, public affairs and documentary programming as well as dramatic, educational and children’s programming. She also oversees communications and the broadcast schedules for KCET’s four channels.

Since joining the station in 1997, Mazur has supervised the development of several programs for the PBS national audience, including TAVIS SMILEY, the award-winning late-night talk show. Mazur, along with her team of acclaimed producers, has continued to expand KCET’s national presence with numerous programs, such as PBS HOLLYWOOD PRESENTS, a set of five dramatic specials that began airing in 2001; AMERICAN FAMILY, a weekly series that debuted in 2002 and was the first-ever Hispanic family drama on broadcast television; AUSCHWITZ: INSIDE THE NAZI STATE, a six-hour, 2005 documentary, and ANDREW JACKSON: GOOD, EVIL AND THE PRESIDENCY, which premiered in January 2008.

Mazur was also part of the original creative team that developed the Peabody Award- winning series A PLACE OF OUR OWN, and its Spanish-language companion, LOS NIÑOS EN SU CASA. Created for those who care for young children, the series premiered in 2005 on public television stations throughout , went national on PBS in 2007, and are currently nominated for a national Daytime Emmy® Award.

Jackie Kain serves as Senior Vice President of New Media at KCET. In her role, Kain is responsible for developing and implementing the station’s digital strategies for the Internet and mobile platforms. Kain oversees the interactive Web site for SID THE SCIENCE KID at pbskids.org/sid.

Kain has served as executive producer on numerous Web sites for PBS and KCET including WIRED SCIENCE, Peabody Award-winning A PLACE OF OUR OWN and its Spanish language companion LOS NIÑOS EN SU CASA (2006 Japan Prize for Best Website), TAVIS SMILEY, WOODROW WILSON (DVD, Communication Arts 2004 Best Information Design Award) and .org (2007 Web Marketing Award for Best Broadcasting Web site.)

Prior to joining KCET, Kain was director of TV/Video exhibition at the American Film Institute and worked for Channel 4 and the British Film Institute in London and the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris.

JOYCE CAMPBELL, VP, EDUCATION & CHILDREN’S PROGRAMMING, KCET BIOGRAPHY

Joyce Campbell is Vice President of Education and Children’s Programming at KCET. In this role, she oversees the department’s efforts to integrate business ventures into KCET’s longstanding commitments to educational programming and outreach. Campbell is responsible for expanding existing collaborative efforts between programming and outreach. She is also charged with developing and executing strategies designed to expand KCEd,™ the education initiative at KCET as well as oversee KCEd’s™ in-house productions. Campbell is Executive Producer for KCET on SID THE SCIENCE KID, premiering September 1, 2008 on PBS KIDS®.

Campbell led the development and production team for the Peabody Award-winning series A PLACE OF OUR OWN and its Spanish language companion LOS NIÑOS EN SU CASA, the first two programs launched out of KCEd.™ The series, which air on PBS, are currently nominated for a national Daytime Emmy® Award in the category of Best Outstanding Talk Show – Informative. Campbell also oversaw production of “California Connected,” a weekly statewide one-hour primetime newsmagazine series co-produced by KCET and three other California public television stations that ran for five seasons.
