Previously, Rabbi Ben-Nisan served as the head of the Ulpana High School in Bnei Brak and as shaliach in San Francisco. He developed methodology for family economics used by Paamonim. Rabbi Ben- Nisan is also an expert in the area of Conversion, and oversees conversions in chutz laaretz that are done in Israel, as well as non- citizen conversion in Israel.
