DESCRIPTION

14 Tower Meadows is a marquee house in this highly regarded edge of village development constructed around 2000. The house stands well back from the cul-de-sac with a pleasing broad double fronted appearance, detached hipped roofed double garage to one side and a broad plot fronted by planted topped granite walls. This broad plot provides for plentiful parking, a garden to the front and a very sizeable level lawned rear garden that then extends significantly around to the side of the house culminating in a paved courtyard beside the garage. The rear boundary is also a high stone wall with established shrubs and trees planted within the garden adding shelter and privacy as well as to the outlook from the rear of house and from its wraparound patio. These gardens must be seen to be believed.

3 Ref: LCAA8073 One approaches through a broad entrance hall which leads to a well proportioned central reception hall with turning staircase at the end. On the left is a large lounge with tall sash windows to both the front and rear as well as a gas fired stove set into a fireplace. To the other side of the hall is a wc, large cloaks cupboard and doors into the sizeable kitchen/breakfast room and separate dining room. The dining room is currently used as a study and music room but could also be considered as a further sitting room or it could even be combined with the kitchen to create a vast open-plan space which in turn then opens through to the conservatory which overlooks the rear garden. Upstairs one will find four double bedrooms, the master being of particularly impressive proportions and having an en-suite shower room, whilst the other three share the bathroom with separate shower.

14 Tower Meadows has a wonderful blend of attributes, being modern, low maintenance and spacious but being set into what is now a beautiful large well established plot that one would never expect a modern home to have. The benefits of plentiful parking, a double garage and the quiet yet convenient location just moments’ walk from the numerous village facilities, make this a most desirable property.
