New in the report: - A statement issued by the National Operations Room on 3/31/2021 in implementation of the Cabinet Presidency Letter No. 487 / PM on 3/26/2021 related to confronting the Coronavirus, especially the restrictions of closure during the Easter period. - Recommendations of the meeting of the Follow-up Committee on Measures and Procedures to Confront the Coronavirus on 3/31/2021. - Decision issued by the Ministry of Public Health No. 1/465 on 3/31/2021 regarding the abolition of the PCR examination for travelers who received the COVID-19 vaccine - Memorandum issued by the Ministry of Public Health No. 32 on 3/30/2021 regarding the amendment of the target groups in the vaccination plan against Covid-19 - Memorandum issued by the Ministry of Public Health No. 33 dated 01/30/2021 concerning a warning against falsifying the results of PCR tests.

Ministry of Public Health
The Ministry of Public Health issued Decision No. 1/465 of 3/31/2021 regarding the abolition of the PCR examination for travelers who received the Coronavirus vaccine, which included the following:
• The PCR examination for Covid-19 is canceled when traveling through any of the land, sea or air border crossings for travelers who have previously received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, after a period of at least fifteen days from the date of receiving the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
• A certificate of vaccination is presented by travelers when they cross any of the border crossings, in order to prove that they have received two doses of the vaccine.
• A single dose of COVID-19 vaccine is not sufficient to cancel the PCR test.

The Ministry of Public Health issued Memorandum No. 33 on 3/30/2021 in which the Ministry warned citizens against tampering with the results of PCR tests under any pretext, under penalty of taking the most legal measures against the perpetrators.
The Ministry of Public Health reported that there were thirty-one (31) positive cases on board the flights that arrived in Lebanon on 3/27/2021, which were distributed as follows:

General Directorate of Internal Security Forces
The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division announced in a communiqué that, within the framework of following up cases infected with the Coronavirus in prisons, to date, that the cases of laboratory, clinical and temporal recovery from the Corona virus had reached / 965 / cases in Roumieh Central Prison and in the glasses of the Palace of Justice. General Decisions / Announcements
In implementation of the Cabinet Presidency Letter No. 487 / AM dated 3/26/2021 related to confronting the Coronavirus, especially the restrictions of closure during the Easter holiday period extending from 3/4 at 0500 am to 4/6 at 0500 in the morning. On 3/31/2021, the National Operations Room at the Grand Serail issued a detailed regulation indicating the sectors excluded from closure and the continuity of its work, with an emphasis on the following points:
• Emphasizing that the muzzle must be placed in a mandatory manner, under the pain of underlining seizure records against violators.
• Preventing going out and entering the streets and roads from five o'clock in the morning on Saturday, corresponding to 3/4/2021 until five o'clock in the morning of Tuesday, corresponding to 6/4/2021, as roaming during this period is limited to persons who have been excluded under Resolution 96 / P.M. on 6/2/2021 in accordance with the conditions specified in its board and for persons not covered by the exception who are subject to the closure decision after obtaining permission to move through the link covid.pcm.gov.lb for the following categories: vegetable, fruit and fish markets, pharmacy and veterinary clinics, galleries Selling inside ovens, medical clinics, hospitals and their direct services, pharmacies, supermarkets, mini-markets and retail stores (poultry, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and foodstuffs ...... ), fuel stations, laboratories.
• It is allowed to hold prayers in places of worship with obligatory measures and preventive measures for Coronavirus and social distancing within 30% of their absorptive capacity, with believers obtaining permission to move from the IMPACT platform.
• Persons traveling to and from Beirut International Airport are allowed to transfer after showing the necessary documents (travel ticket, boarding pass, ....).
• Adherence to the schedule included in the decision regarding the sectors covered by the exception, the timing of their work, and the mechanism for obtaining roaming permits by their employees.
The meeting of the Follow-up Committee on Measures and Procedures to Confront the Coronavirus, which was held on 3/31/2021, issued the following recommendation:
• Based on the decision of the Minister of Public Health No. 465 / A dated 3/31/2021 regarding the abolition of the PCR examination for travelers who received the Covid 19 vaccine, the Committee recommends that incoming travelers who received two doses of the Covid 19 vaccine be exempted after at least 15 days have passed from the date of Receive the second dose of PCR examination when moving through any of the border crossings: land, sea or air, provided that it will be applied after coordination by the Ministry of Public Health with each of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Interior, Municipalities, Public Works and Transport to determine the countries by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs And expatriates that adopt a certificate of vaccination issued by them that is valid for the requirements of this decision.
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers issued Circular No. 5/2021 on 3/26/2021, whereby, based on the proposal of the Ministerial Committee, all public departments and institutions are required to work with an attendance rate not exceeding 50%
• Re-extension of the general mobilization status for a period of six months, starting from 1/4/2021 until 9/30/2021 inclusive, with the enforcement of the measures and procedures imposed and their implementation during the general mobilization extension period.
• Request the technical committee charged with following up on the control of the Coronavirus, to complete communication with the concerned authorities, trade unions and associations, in order to put it into practice and to adhere to the procedures and measures that contribute to mitigating the spread of the epidemic.
