February 20, 2015 Keikyu Corporation, which provides access from Haneda Airport to the Tokyo and Yokohama areas, is holding a campaign from February 14 (Sat.) to March 15 (Sun.) to allow customers to enjoy kawazuzakura cherry blossoms and tuna cuisine early. During the campaign period, travelers can enjoy approximately 1,000 kawazuzakura cherry blossom trees blossoming along approximately 1 kilometer along the railway from Miurakaigan Station (63 minutes from Shinagawa Station, 45 minutes from Yokohama Station) on the Keikyu Line. Kawazuzakura are a type of early-blooming cherry blossom, which can be enjoyed from early February until March, providing visitors with the earliest and longest cherry blossom viewing period in Japan. In addition, Miura Peninsula, where Miurakaigan Station is located, is famous for fresh tuna caught from Misaki Port and features a large number of restaurants where visitors can enjoy tuna dishes. In addition, on weekdays only, the first 100 customers who present a Misaki Maguro Ticket, a discount ticket which allows customers to enjoy both kawazuzakura cherry blossoms and tuna cuisine, at Miurakaigan Station will receive a packet of cherry blossom design wet tissues.
