Reglamento De Rodeo Campo De Ayala 1 Reglamento de Rodeo Campo de Ayala El presente reglamento es el cuerpo normativo para las competiciones de las diferentes disciplinas de rodeo que se desarrollen en las instalaciones de Campo de Ayala. El mismo debe ser aplicado y respetado por parte de los organizadores, jueces y participantes. Definiciones: Arena: Espacio rectangular con una medida de mil cuatrocientos metros cuadrados, ubicado dentro de las instalaciones del Campo de Ayala, bajo techo y con el piso apto para la realización de las disciplinas de rodeo. Campo de Ayala: Centro Nacional de Exposiciones, dedicado al desarrollo de actividades agrícolas y pecuarias, ubicado en la provincia de Cartago, cantón de Paraíso, distrito Llanos de Santa Lucía. Categoría: Clase que resulta de una clasificación de personas o cosas según un criterio o jerarquía. ​ Centro Agrícola Cantonal del Cantón Central de Cartago (C.A.C.C.C.C): Propietario del Campo de Ayala. Comité organizador: Grupo de personas delegadas por el Club Hípico del Campo de Ayala, ​ encargadas de la organización, desarrollo, control y ejecución de los diferentes eventos a realizarse dentro de las instalaciones del Campo de Ayala. Disciplina: Es cada una de las competiciones o eventos que se establecen en el Rodeo. ​ Examen Anemia Infecciosa Equina: Documento emitido por un laboratorio certificado y autorizado ​ por SENASA, donde se indica que el equino se encuentra libre de la 2 enfermedad Anemia Infecciosa Equina. Participación: Corresponde a la realización de dos faenas (carreras o lazos) en una misma disciplina. Rodeo: Deporte extremo realizado por hombres o mujeres con la utilización de equinos y bovinos en el desarrollo de varias disciplinas deportivas, en las que se mide o juzga el desempeño de los participantes de acuerdo a las reglas preestablecidas en el presente reglamento. Organización 1. El comité organizador, será el encargado de definir las fechas de los diferentes eventos a realizar, previa coordinación con la Junta Directiva del Campo de Ayala, así como decidir cuales disciplinas serán ejecutadas en cada rodeo y el orden de las mismas. Con anticipación se dará a conocer las disciplinas que se llevaran a cabo, para realizar las inscripciones de estas. 2. Es facultad del comité organizador cobrar una cuota de inscripción y/o retener porcentajes del monto de las inscripciones en cada rodeo, tanto por el uso de las instalaciones, como alquiler del ganado en las disciplinas que aplique. Las inscripciones se deberán efectuar a más tardar dos días hábiles previos a cada rodeo, en el lugar y forma que se anuncie en la convocatoria del rodeo. 3. Un participante puede realizar un máximo de dos inscripciones en una misma categoría, utilizando diferente caballo, en caso de etapa clasificatoria si ambas participaciones clasifican pasan ambas a la etapa final, de lo contrario pasara solo con la participación que le dio la clasificación. 4. En la etapa final para efectos de la premiación (si aplica) en caso de clasificar con ambas 3 participaciones, se premiará a la mejor posición de ambas participaciones. 5. Para cada rodeo, el comité organizador designará el respectivo juez, quien podrá contar con asistentes para mesa de puntuación y control de tiempos. 6. El orden de participación se hará de acuerdo al orden alfabético por el primer apellido, para los casos donde el participante se inscribe en dos ocasiones en la misma disciplina el orden de participación de la segunda faena será posterior a la última persona con letra Z inicial del apellido, se exceptúan para este punto las disciplinas: Breakaway, Lazo de ​ Becerro y Lazo Cacho y Pata, para estas el orden de participación lo dará la rifa del ​ ternero y según la llegada de estos al partidero. 7. Para todas las disciplinas cada participante deberá estar listo para ejecutar su faena, se realizará el llamado en 3 (tres) ocasiones, si el mismo no se encuentra preparado, podrá ser descalificada esa participación y se continuará con el siguiente participante. 8. Para cada participante se le entregará el paquete de inscripción en las instalaciones de Campo de Ayala, el mismo contendrá: los brazaletes (participante y acompañante) y hoja de exoneración de responsabilidades para el C.A.C.C.C.C, la misma deberá ser firmada por cada participante. 9. En el desarrollo de las competencias de la disciplina de barriles masculino y femenino, se utilizarán tres categorías: a. Infantil: Esta categoría será utilizada para los participantes menores de 12 años b. Juvenil: Esta categoría será utilizada para los participantes de edades entre 13 años y menores de 18 años c. Adulto: Esta categoría será utilizada por participantes de edad mayores de 18 años. 4 d. Queda a criterio de los participantes solicitar el ascenso a una categoría superior, posterior a esta participación deberá mantenerse en la categoría donde ascendió. 10. Se permitirá en las disciplinas participaciones en modo “Exhibición”, sometiendo a criterio del comité organizador. 11. En las disciplinas de lazo no se permite que un caballo realice más de 2 (dos) participaciones, sin embargo, se permite que un jinete utilice 2 (dos) caballos en una misma disciplina, cancelando una inscripción por cada caballo. 12. El comité organizador definirá y comunicará el lugar de ingreso de los equinos, es requisito indispensable para ingresar a las instalaciones del Campo de Ayala presentar al encargado el examen de Anemia Infecciosa Equina vigente. 13. El tiempo de cada participación se tomará con el cronometro digital, de darse alguna falla en este que imposibilite obtener el tiempo de participación, se tomará el tiempo del cronómetro del reloj que utiliza el juez o juez auxiliar, si por alguna razón no es posible tomar el tiempo de la participación, se deberá repetir la misma. Prohibiciones y Sanciones 14. Se prohíbe la participación de personas bajo los efectos del alcohol, droga o cualquier otra sustancia prohibida, o de uso permitido que pudieran afectar sus capacidades y ​ ​ aptitudes con respecto a las disciplinas que se lleven a cabo en cualquiera de los rodeos organizados por el Campo de Ayala. 15. Se prohíbe la participación o provocación en riñas dentro y fuera de la arena o áreas circunscritas dentro de las instalaciones del Campo de Ayala; asimismo, se prohíbe asumir conductas antideportivas, disputas verbales, insultos o agresiones físicas entre los 5 participantes. Ante cualquier actitud de las indicadas, se sancionará a los involucrados por parte del comité organizador del Campo Ayala, de la siguiente forma: a) Disputas en la arena en la primera ofensa se castigará con descalificación y prohibición para participar en los rodeos que se organicen. Dicha sanción se analizará por parte del comité organizador y se notificará al involucrado en el acto. b) Amenazar, intentar provocar, acosar, intimidar a un miembro del comité organizador, juez, espectadores, participantes, o colaboradores del Campo de Ayala se castigará con descalificación y prohibición para participar en los rodeos que se organicen. Dicha sanción se analizará por parte del comité organizador y se notificará al involucrado en al acto. c) Si un participante aporta información falsa, será sancionado por parte del Comité Organizador con el impedimento de participar en una fecha de rodeo, pudiendo ser la actual o una fecha a futuro. Vestimenta 16. Todos los participantes deberán presentarse debidamente vestidos con atuendo vaquero completo (sombrero o casco de equitación, camisa de manga larga, faja, pantalón vaquero y botas) para todas las disciplinas. No se permite ingresar a la arena con la falda de la camisa por fuera del pantalón, con camisa manga corta, con manga arrollada o manga tres cuartos. 17. No cumplir con el código de vestimenta implicará descalificación de la participación. 6 Caballos 18. Se establece la obligación de que cada equino o mular participante cuente con el respectivo examen de Anemia Infecciosa Equina vigente o el que en su momento establezcan las autoridades Sanitarias respectivas. La no presentación del certificado respectivo, conllevara la prohibición de ingreso y participación en el evento y el inmediato retiro del animal del Campo de Ayala. Igualmente, si se presentan anomalías en cuanto al uso de los certificados, falsificaciones o alteraciones y préstamo entre participantes de exámenes con la finalidad de burlar las normas establecidas, se procederá con la descalificación del participante con su animal y su inmediato retiro del recinto, además de la denuncia respectiva antes las autoridades del SENASA y se dejará constancias de las mismas en los archivos del Campo de Ayala. 19. Uso de ayudas: a. Se permitirá el uso de fusta en cada participación. b. Espuelas y animadoras: se permite el uso de las mismas siempre y cuando no causen heridas a los animales. 20. Será motivo de descalificación la presencia de sangre en el caballo (este punto será monitoreado por el equipo de jueces, el médico veterinario regente o cualquier representante de SENASA). 21. Se descalificará el participante que utilice en más de 3 (tres) ocasiones la fusta en una misma participación. 22. Se prohíbe azotar el caballo delante de la cincha. 7 Puntuaciones 23. Las posiciones para todas las disciplinas serán calculadas sumando los 2 (dos) tiempos de ambas jugadas. 24. Las puntuaciones en las disciplinas se sumarán por el equipo jueces, y será verificado por la secretaría de arena. Se darán las primeras posiciones de cada disciplina al finalizar la misma. 25. El comité organizador por medio de la oficina de Campo de Ayala publicará las puntuaciones finales después de cada rodeo. Infracciones al Reglamento 26. Los jueces deberán de informar de las infracciones al reglamento a la secretaría de arena. El hecho de no publicar la penalización, no exime la aplicación de la misma. Apelaciones 27. Toda apelación de una disciplina deberá ser presentada por algún participante o su representante legal al fiscal de pista, en un plazo máximo de 30 (treinta) minutos posteriores a la finalización de la disciplina, la misma deberá ser resuelta previo a la premiación.

    HORSE SHOW INFORMATION HORSE SHOW PHILOSOPHY The purpose of the Teton County Horse Show is to provide a venue for all equine enthusiasts to come and participate in horse show events.     REINED COW HORSE 2019 - 2020 General Rules: REINED COW HORSE will use NRCHA rules when not in conflict with NHSRA rules. Contestant may change horses in the Reined Cow Horse throughout the season. A Contestant may not change horses between the rein work and cow work portion of an event. 1. Reined Cow Horse must be offered at all State/Province Finals. States/Provinces will have two options in conducting their qualify Reined Cow Horses. a. Option I: Reined Cow Horse will be held at, or assigned to each qualifying rodeo. All points earned in the Reined Cow Horse will be applied to the All Around. b. Option II: The Reined Cow Horse will be offered at a minimum of three (3) times at the qualifying level. If option II is used, only points earned at State/Province and District Finals will be applied to the All Around. c. Choice of Option I or Option II must be approved by the State/Province Board of Directors prior to the rodeo season. The decision must be conveyed to state/province membership and the NHSRA office prior to start of rodeo season. 2. The State/Province may hold their Reined Cow Horse Finals prior to their State/Province Finals Rodeo. If they choose to do so, the Reined Cow Horse must be held within 60 days of the State/Province Finals Rodeo. a. All Reined Cow Horse must be approved on an activity sheet by the National Director and the National Executive Director. b. States/Provinces are encouraged to hold as many Reined Cow Horse events as possible.

    FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT MARIN EQUESTRIAN STABLES PLAN National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior Golden Gate National Recreation Area August 2013 INTRODUCTION This Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) is prepared by the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA, the Park), a unit of the National Park Service (NPS), for the Marin Equestrian Stables Plan, in accordance with the 1969 National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and NPS NEPA guidance in Director’s Order 12 (2011). The FONSI combined with the Marin Equestrian Stables Plan Environmental Assessment (Plan/EA), comprise the full and complete NEPA record of the analysis of environmental impacts and the NPS decision‐making process on selecting an implementation strategy. None of the modifications to the selected Plan (described below) alters the impact assessments contained in the EA or results in major changes to the alternatives or mitigations measures. This document summarizes the alternatives considered in the Plan/EA and focuses on the Selected Alternative. It includes the decision rationale for modifying Alternative B, Option 2 (Alternative B2) from that presented in the Plan/EA and for selecting Alternative B2 for implementation. The primary modifications to Alternative B2 are the future relocation of the Park Horse Patrol stables to the Rodeo Valley stables rather than the Tennessee Valley stables as was described in the EA, and the addition of a covered ring at Rodeo Valley stables. Other changes included making specified uses of particular structures optional, allowing the future lessee more flexibility in their program. Charrería is a Mexican cultural tradition that stems from the Spanish-inspired charreada. The charreada is a festive event that is similar to an American rodeo in its variety of competitive equestrian activities. Like the American “rodeo culture,” Charrería extends beyond horses and riders to include aspects such as costume, music, and food that bring a uniquely Latino culture to a sport that has its roots in Spain. The charreada began in Mexico in the 16th century when horses were introduced by the Spanish. As the Spanish tried to develop Central America for their own economic gain, they created an entire culture centered around agriculture and ranching in the haciendas they constructed. This is the culture that is reflected in Charrería. Although the main event is foreign-inspired, the culture reflected in the clothing, saddles, belts, hats, and spurs is largely inspired by traditional indigenous art. The Charrería has endured over five centuries because of the strength of the skills, sensibilities, and traditions that transcend regional and generational differences. Fearing the eventual loss of the Charrería culture, a group of charros, or the “cowboys,” who participate in the charreadas, united and formed various associations to preserve and promote this national culture. The Federación Mexicana de Charrería was founded in Mexico City in 1933 to govern the different charros associations that emerged.

Like recreational hunting or animal racing, some rodeo practices cause animals to suffer pain or distress for human entertainment. Unlike hunting and racing, rodeo is not explicitly allowed by legislation and is thus susceptible to the legal definition of ill-treatment, along with its criminal ramifications. The legality of rodeo in New Zealand under existing legislation is hanging by the thread of public acceptability or, in legal terms, the ‘reasonable or necessary’ test. Growing criticism of rodeo in the public opinion provides good prospects our Judiciary may soon accept the view that the pain and distress inflicted on rodeo animals are unreasonable and unnecessary according to modern New Zealand community values. Since 2004, rodeo in New Zealand has been regulated within the confines of a Code of elfare.W The legality of the current Code and its compatibility with its primary legislation deserve serious consideration, especially in light of the 2015 amendments to the Animal Welfare Act 1999 and the growing body of scientific evidence about the pain and distress of animals in rodeos.
