We also advised you that we were not processing the FOIA Case Log from October 1,2004 to February 21,2006 for the Offices of Legal Policy, Legislative Affairs, Public Affairs, and Infonnation Policy because we had already provided you with those records in a prior request. Therefore, for those Offices, we processed the FOIA Case Log from February 22,2006 to August 30,2007. Also appropriate for release are 81 pages with excisions made pursuant to Exemption 6 of the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(6), which pertains to infonnation the release of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of third parties. For your infonnation, the excised infonnation consists of the names of certain third party individuals cited in FOIA requests. Additionally, portions of the documents that pertain to Privacy Act requests were not processed inasmuch as they are outside the scope of your request. Those portions are marked accordingly. An electronic copy ofthe records is unavailable; therefore, a paper copy is enclosed, which you advised in your request letter was acceptable if an electronic version was not available. Department of Justice regulations pennit us to provide you, who we have detennined to be a non-media, non-commercial requester pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(ii)(III), with one hundred pages of records without incurring duplication fees. See C.F.R. § 16.11(d)(2009). Duplication fees beyond one hundred pages will be assessed at ten cents per page. See id.
