t has been another bumper year of FUN fundraising events for Ithe Green Ribbon Week Campaign. GRW highlights the suffering of children caused by war in countries such as Afghanistan, Kashmir, Iraq and Sudan, to name but a few. The campaign has caught the imagination of young men and women nationwide. From bungee jumping to more sombre street collections and school cake sales, people young and old got them- selves sponsored and played their part in fundraising activities. The Mount Snowdon walk saw over 95 people of all ages and GRW Bike Ride backgrounds getting together, having fun and raising thousands of pounds at the same time, with many participants anxious to know when the next fundraising activity will be held.
