EARS offers a unique radio marketing service. EARS bundles radio stations to extend efficiency and effectiveness of advertising campaigns to ensure high penetration for commercial as well as for charitable messages. EARS offers packages for advertisers and agencies with highest media coverage in Uganda.

EARS is a radio sales representation founded in 2019 in Uganda. It was initiated by the Uganda Radio Network (URN), Media in Cooperation and Transition (MiCT), Germany's biggest Media NGO, and Florian Ruckert, a former CEO of RMS, Europe’s largest radio sales representation.

The initiative was funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) to strengthen independent radios in East Africa.
