Practice Areas Overview White Collar Defense Internal Investigations As the former U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Carmen has extensive experience as a trial lawyer, Litigation investigator and crisis manager. She focuses her practice on internal investigations, corporate compliance, civil General Civil Litigation litigation, and white collar criminal defense.
