BDR 54-383—Revises provisions relating to occupational licensing. (Later introduced as Assembly Bill 439.)

Chair Jauregui: I will accept a motion to introduce the four Bill Draft Requests (BDRs).

ASSEMBLYWOMAN CARLTON MOVED FOR COMMITTEE INTRODUCTION OF BDR 54-383, BDR 57-808, BDR 40-513, AND BDR 54-1137.

ASSEMBLYWOMAN MARZOLA SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
