Desde entonces Spurs ha logrado acumular en su vitrina cinco trofeos Larry O’Brien que otorga la National Association (NBA), a la franquicia que logra capturar el banderín de postemporada tras la conquista de 16 partidos (NBA Playoffs). Todo gracias a la tenacidad de la mesa directiva que encabezó el magnate y su entrenador en jefe , que en cada temporada conjuntaron un equipo ejemplar que los sacó de malas rachas saliendo adelante y celebrarlo con cinco paseos de campeones en el paseo del río San Antonio (Riverwalk). Por ello cabe mencionar de los eventos que se realizaron en la campaña 2018-19 y la serie de Cuartos de Final NBA 2019, que se fue al séptimo partido contra Nuggets de Denver jugado en su estadio el Pepsi Center, donde se clasificó para la segunda ronda de la Conferencia del Oeste, en partido que Spurs dio la gran pelea, sin embargo Denver como local corrió con mejor suerte ganando la serie 4 a 3 partidos. Spurs seguirá siendo la franquicia que orgullosamente representa globalmente a San Antonio con su mismo plan de ofrecer empleo, diversión y patrocinando eventos deportivos y comunitarios.
