Last Meeting: Oct. 8, 2016 (W 51-34) The biggest highlight for TAMUK came in the form of a 99-yard touchdown pass from Cade Dyal to Jordan Thomas that Series: W1 gave the Hogs a 14-7 lead in the first quarter. Thomas ended the night with 117 yards on four catches, his second 100-yard per- formance of the season. He’s now second in the Lone Star Conference with 461 yards on the season. Jeff Carr also contributed 104 yards on the ground, making him the third Hog to top the century mark on the ground this year. The Kingsville defense remains at the top of their conference in sacks with 17. Caleb Valentine’s 3.5 sacks place him third in the LSC. West Texas enters Saturday following consecutive league losses against Tarleton State and Eastern New Mexico. First year coach Hunter Hughes will be attempting to revive an offense that is last in the conference in yards per game.
